Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions (T&C) govern all transactions and services (digital products and online coaching) proposed by Eli Gummi. By confirming your purchase, you accept these T&C without reservation.

2. Digital Products (E-book)

• Access and Delivery: The guide "Les Fondations de l'entraînement" is a digital product. It is accessible for download immediately after payment validation via an automatic Stripe redirection.
• Refunds: Due to the digital nature and immediate access to the product, the right of withdrawal does not apply. All sales are final and no refunds will be issued.

3. Private Coaching ("Soft Discipline")

• Commitment: Private coaching involves physiological and biomechanical follow-up requiring time to produce sustainable results. Subscription involves an initial minimum commitment of 3 months.
• Payment: Payments are processed via automatic monthly billing through the secure Stripe platform.
• Cancellation: For any cancellation after the initial commitment period, a 30-day notice before the next billing date is required via written notification (email).
• Obligation of Means: The coaching provides structure, methodology, and guidance. It is an obligation of means and not of results. The achievement of goals depends on the client's personal investment and consistency.

4. Medical and Nutritional Disclaimer

• Training programs and nutritional advice are intended for healthy adults. Eli Gummi is not a medical professional (physician or physiotherapist). The protocols provided do not replace a medical diagnosis or treatment.
• Execution: Eli Gummi declines all responsibility for injuries or health issues occurring during the client's execution of the program. It is the client's responsibility to ensure the safety of their environment and the correct understanding of instructions.
• Nutrition: Nutritional advice is for guidance only. It is the client's sole responsibility to verify the compatibility of suggested foods with any potential medical allergies or intolerances.

5. Intellectual Property

All provided materials (e-books, protocols, videos) are the exclusive intellectual property of Eli Gummi. Purchase grants a strictly personal user license. Any reproduction or public sharing is strictly prohibited.

6. Secure Transactions

To ensure absolute security, all transactions are encrypted and managed from end-to-end by Stripe. Eli Gummi never has access to your full banking details.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These T&C are subject to Swiss law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Canton of Geneva.

Privacy Policy

1. Data Collection and Purpose

We only collect data strictly necessary for your coaching (name, email, sports history, goals). This data is treated with the utmost confidentiality.

2. Technical Analysis Videos

Execution videos sent during private coaching are used exclusively for your follow-up. They will never be published or shared without your explicit written consent.

3. Your Rights (nLPD)
